Established in 2003, Corbin Restaurants, Inc. is a family-owned company dedicated to both operational and customer service excellence. Headquartered in Middlesboro, KY, CRI operates 10 Long John Silver's restaurants throughout Southeastern and Central Kentucky. Customer Service is our livelihood and freshly prepared comfort food is our passion!
